How do we incentivize participation for the benefit of ATX DAO?
As a DAO using blockchain technology we have some extra tools at our disposal to create incentives to align individual rewards with group rewards.
How do we assign ATX DAO members to committees?
We can send out a Google survey and ask everyone which committee they want to be a part of and if they would like to be a committee chair.
Who should be part or the gnosis multi-sig wallet?
Anyone who wants to be part of the gnosis multi-sig needs to have demonstrated active participation. Signers need to be founding members. We will probably start with 4 signers on the gnosis multi-sig wallet
How do we incentivize participation? How do we track participation?
We have created a Members of Notion has a CRM database feature which will be really useful for keeping track of our Membership, who is on what committee and what skills everyone has to offer. (If an individual doesn't want something to be tracked in the CRM DB, just let us know and we won't record it). We could then use this data to give out participation NFTs or make this a prerequisite for being a committee head, etc. Link to ATX DAO Membership:

What about non-participation?
Another idea is that instead of rewarding for participation, we penalize for non-participation. Like a carbon tax, individuals who do not participate in any way need to pay a penalty into the treasury to remain in the DAO. This may be a good option for those who are crypto rich and time poor, and may provide additional funds for the DAO.
